actuator question

ok..so I've been searching and searching the internet for the answer to my question but I can't find it anywhere. Can someone tell me exactly which actuator controls what?

actuator on passenger side= ?
actuator on driver side= ?
actuator at top center of dash behind everything= ?
and where is the actuator that controls the rear heat/AC ?
and where is the actuator that controls the rear floor/ceiling vents ?

I've only dealt with the one on the driver side - it controls the position of the fan... Defrost, floor, face... Had to replace it twice... from what I've read it is the easiest to get to and the one most frequent to go out.

I'll try and find the thread that I found all my info on.

The passenger side controls the temperature.
