Trying to fit a factory system from a 4 door would be pretty tough, considering that the ducting goes from the floor, along the C-pillar into the ceiling. That's why the c-pillar on the right side is so big. You might see if there is an aftermarket solution similar to what the square body Suburbans had, just a separate unit mounted to the ceiling with a wire running to it. That would be your best bet.

Looks like no one read what you wrote.

For moving air front to back look at the headliner on NBS Tahoes and Subarbans they had vents in the roof, maybe you could run some air up the air pillar or tap into the air vents that kick out near the passenger row feet.

buy a 12 volt fan and put it where it can move some cold air to the back
