Does anyone know if its possible to retrofit a headrest in the middle seat position of the second row? I have taller children and am concerned that not having a headrest will increase risk of neck injury. I noticed that foreign brands have a headrest in similar seating positions but the American brands do not. If you look at the Toyota Sequoia, the middle seat positions have headrests in both 2nd and 3rd rows.

You'd have to do some big modifying. There's no brackets to hold something there now so remove the seat, remove the leather, fasten something and put it all back together.
