2023 tahoe rst usb problem

we had a 21 tahoe and i could play my apple i pod with the usb port, on our new 23 tahoe the usb port will not reconize it, just wondering if anyone else has this problem and if there is a fix.

Idk if it matters. Is the bluetooth paired simultaneously?
