2012 LTZ Tahoe in need of brakes

The beast in need of rotors and pads. cross drilled ? what brand would you guys suggested?

Centric rotors, check Rock Auto. You can get slotted if you want. Drilled are for looks IMHO.

I use Hawk pads, but they are dusty.

I ordered these from Amazon and put them on this past Sunday:

They were about $5 more than another set of AC Delcos I saw, however some of the reviews for the cheaper pads complained that they squealed so I figured an extra 5 bucks was worth it just to be safe.

So far they don't squeal or anything and, you know, stop the vehicle. Would recommend
