I need to replace the stereo in my 04 Tahoe. I have a Double Din Kenwood I used to have in my Silverado but the Tahoe has the Bose surround and rear DVD player (The Double Din also has DVD capability). Is there a kit available so that i can wire the rear system to the new stereo for surround sound? im guessing, a standard adapter kit would not allow for the rear TV to be played through the vehicle speakers; only with headphones. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the Forum from NH.

I hope that you will become a participating member in the Forum's discussions.

I wish that I could help you on your question, but I really don't know the answer. When I installed my aftermarket system, I ripped out the entire Bose system. And, to be honest, I have never even tried to operate the rear system and DVD player.
