2001 tahoe rear A/C not blowing

So I recently had my nephews riding in the back of my 2001 Tahoe, and when I came to try to turn the rear A/C on, no air blew out. I tried from the control panel in the front and then from the control panel that's located in the back, and nothing. My front A/C works just fine except for when I turn it to max setting which is 5 it stops blowing. Other than that it blows nice and cold. What could be the reason for the rear to not even blow hot air out. What step should I take to troubleshoot and find the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
