2000 suburban question

i have electrical problems on my 2000 suburban hesitation low idle Interior lights and cluster pulsing i ve had it for a long time after doing research and watching videos this guy has an 05 tahoe z71 moved the main ground point to the fire wall and wire behind the engine block comes out from wiring harness behind the engine is black wire so my engine has 2 wires with a white stripe and it goes to the groundpoint behind the engine should i move it anyway for better ground to fix all electrical issues i heard this is the ground that gives you the most problems and i hope i made sense

heres a pic of the main ground wires bolted to the engine block any advice i would appretiate thanks

Many times you won’t need to relocate it as the problem is often the cable. Take it off and clean everything down to bare metal then reinstall. If the problem persists get a new cable before relocating

No problem. As mentioned above clean it anyway you can and use some degreaser. Once it’s all clean spread a little dialectical grease on the grounding area.
