'20 Yukon XL Denali Tailgate Won't Open - lights flash 4 times

Had the battery replaced 2 weeks ago and front strut replaced last week. I haven't needed to open the tailgate since before the battery replacement.

Double clicked the fob to open tailgate, clicked open, but wouldn't lift. Had to manually lift. Double clicked to close, wouldn't close. Hit the button on the tailgate, wouldn't close. Yes, the liftgate control is set to 3/4.

Tried the fob again, rear lights flashed 4 times. Any ideas?

Sounds like the usual problem of the power liftgate actuator going bad. I am on my 3rd one in my 2016 Tahoe, just bought a set off amazon last week, 15 minute replacement. First time it happened I just replaced the power actuator which is the left side, this time I replaced both.
