1999 Tahoe heater doesn’t work

Last it worked it filled the cab with white smoke & stank of burning up. I shut it off & now nothing works. Not even the switches. I know nothing about repairing this so I could use advice. Thank you.

May have a burnt wire connection on the blower motor. Look behind the glove box, the blower will have two wires connected, see if any are obviously burnt.
