I've always wanted a GMT400 like this. Growing up they were the cars in a few rap videos, friend's parents drove me to soccer practice in them. Now I've got on in Baja.
I bought her with 45,000 miles on the clock. The engine got moisture in it (still dont know how). Starting smoking and bent the crankshaft (iirc, a lot lost in translation down here). Rebuilt the engine, still breaking it in.
I got a 3" lift from Rough Country and Fox 2.0 with K02s. It rides rougher than I'd like and the door rattle more than I'd care for (new door pins on the way).
I thought given 25 yr old springs they'd be soft enough to make for a less harsh ride. Im considering swapping out the springs.
