18" Sierra Wheels / Tires

What do you all think of these wheels and tires for a NBS Yukon? Anyone running these?

Seems like a pretty good deal. I don't really want 18's but maybe these can be my winter rims eventually when I get better / bigger wheels for the summer time.

You can barely buy tires alone for that price......I'd pick those up right away. Like mentioned those would be great for winter at least......
