    Umm they kind of are needed, especially if a bulb lasts you as long as the last one did. Its always best to use a relay harness, while your light may work and turn on, that doesn't mean they are receiving their "juice" as effectively as they want.

    It's best to use the relay harnesses they try to sell you on both Heads and Fogs. You should also look into doing the 6-Hi mod. Try ddmtuning.com or vvme.com for the kits.

    Fuse taps are horrible. It's best to use the pink ignition wire that is on the green harness on the BCM.

    Are your 1000000000k kits installed with relays? Just know, the higher the Kelvin the lower the visibility period. BTW: I have owned VVME and DDM and never had an issue with either brand, then again I don't plug n play my kits. Those who do usually Fail, just like their lights will very soon.

    Make sure bulb is installed correctly, try not running your fogs during the day like I've seen some jackasses do.

    Ditch the Flip and go DD. Clean and classy. IMO Flip outs are Ricey. I do like your SPL set-up, wish I had funds for that. I would go Kicker warhorse on either 4 Solo-X 12's or 2 18's

    L.E.D Tail light question

    Don't smoke them, enjoy them for what they are. You can never get them right not matter how careful you are, they always come out with dust spots, cracks, non gloss spots, smears and paint/clear runs. Just my opinion. I will always go with this.... Clean and legal. Before I go and try this
