I have a 2003 Tahoe with 183,--- on it and it started to leak coolant at the transmission on the passenger side. Where can this coolant possibly be leaking from?
I wouldn't buy the monroe quick struts. I bought them and installed them and it actually raised the truck to where it was level with the rear and it rode like a tank, so I ordered the factory OEM struts off amazon and switched them out a week or so later and returned the monroe quick struts.
I have a 2008 LT Tahoe with 139K miles and everytime I start the truck a "SERVICES BRAKES SOON" message comes up on the DIC. New brakes, rotors and hubs have been replaced since the light came on and also the brake switch was replaced. As anyone else experienced this and if so what did you do to...
I had this same problem with mine when I install the Monroe Quick Struts. After about a week I ordered the factory ac delco struts and used my old springs to put back in and returned the monroe struts. Now my tahoe rides good and is back to factory height. Mine is a 2008 Tahoe LT
I have a 2003 Tahoe with 5.3L with 162K miles, when I start it in the morning the oil pressure is around 40 psi but after it gets hot while driving the pressure will stay around 40 while driving and when i slow down it will drop till right over 20 psi. I know my truck has started leaking oil...
I had that code a few months back on my 2008 Tahoe and all I did was clean the TB with out taking it off. I believe it takes about 50 miles of driving for it to relearn the idle.
I'm currently running the Nitto Nt420s now but in a 275/55/20 tire size and it's been a really good tire so far, but i had to have one replaced due to a nail puncture to close to the sidewall to patch and was told by my local discount tires that this tire was being discontinued. Will be replaced...
I actually installed these monroe quick struts and rode on them for a month and they still rode like crap. I ended up getting the part# for the ac delco struts that were on my tahoe from the factory and rented the spring compressing tool from the parts store. It was actually alot easier than i...
About a 4 weeks ago i installed these monroe quick struts on my tahoe and they made the tahoe ride like a tank. I ended up order the factory ac delco shocks and breaking down my old struts and now it rides smooth. Lesson learned.
Yates- When you intsalled these on your yukon did they keep your front end at stock hieghth? I read that some people were having problems with them raising the front up after installation.
has anyone used replaced their front struts with the Monroe Quick strut assemblies? Need to replace my fronts on my 2008 Tahoe LT that does not have the auto ride. Thanks for any input on these struts or if anyone has any suggetions please let me know.
My 2008 Tahoe was doing this and the brake fluid resievor was really low and it would cause the traction control light to come on, so I filled it back up and no problems. Also after I changed the rear shocks I had a problem with the abs & traction control light coming on and it ended up being a...
I recently bought a 2003 Tahoe LT with 125k miles. The truck is real clean and well taken care of, but recently it started making a random noise it doesn't happen all the time and when it does happen it usually makes 1 or 2 popping/hitting sounds and it only happens when I'm driving forward...
I have a 2008 Tahoe and the A/C blower fan started squeaking real bad, it does it when the a/c or just the fan is on. Has anyone had this problem or does anyone know how to fix it. Want to hurry up and get this fixed because it's really annoying.
Thanks.
I have a squeaky noise coming from my A/C vents when I am breaking, but when i turn the A/C off the noise will go away. Kind of sounds like a fan is squeaking. Does anyone have any idea what his could be or has anyone else expirenced this before?
