    So here's the skinny... it was in fact the bundle of wires which include the starter wires had melted through the loom and fused itself to the block near the bottom of the block... I pulled it away from the block and replaced the 40 amp fuse and it fired up straight away... It was raining...

    I actually just bought an ICM from a fellow member here (thanks Escahoe) but I haven't put it on yet... Other than it dragging a bit while cranking like the battery was dying, I never had any problems starting the truck...

    Since I had a SES on my dash, even if the truck wasn't all the way in park (it is, I checked) wouldn't at least that light still be on? I turn my key, and I get no battery light no check gages light no SES light no lights on the dash at all, and all lights worked and we're present when I tried...

    So, I recently bought a 95 Yukon 2DR 4x4, and as I'm doing the "breakout" maintenance, I notice that when I drive the truck for 30 minutes or longer, it won't start without a jump... If I let it cool down, it'll start, but I don't want to be stuck in a parking lot letting this thing cool down...
