    Thanks. I just got mine in over the holiday weekend and haven't even secured it. It doesn't slide much but certainly not safe of I had to do some evasive maneuvers or was in an accident. The vent is a great idea I don't want to screw into the car really.

    I need to figure out how to fix the gap between climate control and dash kit. Don't think I can. There is a lip on the climate control that fit over factory I could probably grind out the groove on dash kit. But I really like this HU.

    Went ahead and bought one. They are actually free on crutch with a mail in rebate anyway. I'm thinking I may still need something to extend the antenna sure from globe box to behind head unit.
