    Body Parts Needed

I'm in need of some door moldings and a rear bumper for an 07-14 Tahoe,Yukon,Denali, and or Escalade. I tried posting to WTB but didn't have clearance to do so. Any leads on where to find decent used parts would be very much appreciated. Thank you all, Josh

Let's see some pics of some lifted and leveled

Thanks for the input. I came across that link yesterday when I was searching, oddly enough it states he has the front set to 8 but no spacer on the rear... That can't be correct as most of the pictures I've seen with Tahoes/Yukons & the McGaughy lift seem to sit a hair lower in the rear. Like...

Let's see some pics of some lifted and leveled

@JJ351 & '01Konvict- Did you guys have to add the 2" rear coil spacer to level the rear w/ front? Reason I'm asking is because I'm ordering the McGaughy's 7-9 kit and I planned on setting my front struts on 8 and I was trying to calculate which spacer I'll need for the rear? It's hard to say...

Help!! What type of lift for 33x12.50r22??

I just installed a Crown Suspension 3" level kit and 295/55r20's on my '08 Yukon. The 295/55's are just as tall as 33x12.5's but they are slightly narrower. If you run stock wheels then you should clear but if you run aftermarket wheels with anything less than 30mm offset then you will have to...

    3" Level lift w/ 33x12.5r20 or 285/55r20?

@DRBISHOP - Thanks for sharing, good looking ride and I wish my Yukon had the 6.2... I went with a 295/55r20 RidgeGrappler and some 20x9 (20mm offset) Fuel Diesel wheels. I had to do the Noral mod but other than that they fit with my 3" Crown Suspension level-lift. I like the look but want more...

    Zone 6.5" and 35's like a glove

@ZakAttack - Do you know the measurements by chance from the ground to the bottom of your fender on front and back? I'm guessing 43-44"? Your Hoe turned out clean & mean!

Thanks for the input BigMac18, your ride looks good. What leveling lift did you go with?

    3" Level lift w/ 33x12.5r20 or 285/55r20?

@02Burgundybeast- Great, thanks for the solid feedback! Sounds like the 285's are the better deal as they are slightly cheaper than the 33's as well. Thanks again!

    3" Level lift w/ 33x12.5r20 or 285/55r20?

@02Burgundybeast- Is there a reason you prefer the 285's over the 33's? Could you tell the 1/2" difference by looking at the tire?

    3" Level lift w/ 33x12.5r20 or 285/55r20?

@NGAneer, makes sense... The golden rule still applies, "You get what you pay for". That's why I plan on buying the Toyo's as they manufacture a solid tire at a decent price. $1,100 for a set of Toyo's is a decent deal in my book. Question, did you have to do much trimming to squeeze those...

    3" Level lift w/ 33x12.5r20 or 285/55r20?

@NGAneer- Good feedback, thanks for your input. I realize weight is definitely something to consider, especially for those of us who have the not so mighty 5.3L :/ So, you've seen the 305/55's next to a 33x12.5 and they are a good bit taller?

    3" Level lift w/ 33x12.5r20 or 285/55r20?

That's not terrible, 2-3 mpg less isn't bad at all. I've noticed that as well, the RT's are only offered in a small group of sizes. I agree, the new Ridge grapplers look great; the side wall is sick looking. My brother recently bought them in 295/60/20 (33.9) for him Ram 1500 and they ride great.

    3" Level lift w/ 33x12.5r20 or 285/55r20?

Good advice 01Konvict; that being said, how badly did your mpg drop pulling those 35's? Also, on your initial build I saw you ran Toyo RT's and then switched to Nittos; did you like the RT's?

    3" Level lift w/ 33x12.5r20 or 285/55r20?

All, I recently bought the 3" Crown Suspension leveling lift for my '08 Yukon. I'm trying to decide between buying the 285's versus the 33's, I'm going to run the Toyo RT's and there seems to be 1/2" between the two. 285/55r20 is listed @ 32.4" and the 33x12.5r20 is listed @ 32.8" tall. I've...

    305/50/20 Pictures and suggestions

I agree BigT63, a good tune from someone like Black Bear Performance would more than makeup for the additional mass your vehicle would be pushing. @Big Mama- Your wheel/tire combo look great, If I had a 2wd model that's what I'd aim for...

    305/50/20 Pictures and suggestions

I'm not sure if they feel heavy under acceleration but by Toyo's statistics the 305/50r20 weighs 4.5lbs more per tire than the 275/55r20. What's an extra 20lbs when the vehicles weigh 7k... Of course the 6.2L owners don't feel the 5.3L owners pain.

    305/50/20 Pictures and suggestions

Thanks for posting the pictures, the tires look good and I'm leaning towards getting the Toyo AT2's as I prefer the tread pattern.

I was planning on it, would it look that bad? Aren't the OEM Denali wheels 20x8.5? The 305/50/20 is listed as only being 1" wider than the stock 275/55/20.

Hey everyone, It's time for new tires and I was digging through old posts in order to find some solid pictures of vehicles with the 305/50/20 Toyo or Nitto? I'm leaning this direction as of now but wanted to see more photos of others who have run this tire size. Thanks, Josh

Does anyone have the part #'s for the Escalade (Chrome) door/body side moldings? Also, is there a salvage yard that specializes in having GM SUV moldings? Thanks for your time and assistance.

Are shock extenders or aftermarket shocks needed W/ leveling kit?

I was just wondering if shock extenders or aftermarket shocks, i.e. Bilstein 5100's are needed or recommended with the use of the CCM 2.5" leveling kit? I enjoy the excellent ride quality that the Yukon's, Tahoe's, and Escalades have from GM and I'd like to maintain that with the leveling kit. I...
