Congrats on the new 2017, Randy! Why did GM repurchase your 2015? Buffeting? I had two repurchased for the buffeting and have been waiting for a positive report from someone who knows exactly what to look for in the 2017s. Thanks for your help and feedback!
Congrats! I think my 2015's took about 8 weeks. I am in the same boat as you...2 buybacks and I am thinking of a 2017 after I hear some reviews from drivers like you who know what you're looking for with regards to the "issues." Please keep us updated and I sincerely hope your 2017 is fantastic.
I hope they figured it out too. I would love to try a Denali again. Some folks on another site we waiting for an "exhaust fix" in June. Not sure what ever came of it. I plan on test driving the 2017's.
I paid the sales tax and was later reimbursed by New York State for the full amount. I did not pay a mileage fee. Full buy back in the amount I paid. I never got into a 2016. The warranty question does not apply to my circumstance. Hope that helps.
Thanks, Kory. I feel for you too. They really screwed this up. Awful that you saved and saved only to be unhappy with a $70k purchase. I get it about you old Tahoe...I still wish I never traded in my '04 Denali. It ran like a champ with more than 150k miles. Don't take any crap from your...
Sorry for your troubles with your new ride. Shameful GM did not fix this after all the buybacks on the 2015s. Anyway, you may want to check out this link as it has more than 225,000 views and 122 pages of notes summarizing the issues with the buffeting. Some national news outlets have picked...
All the 2015 Denali's I drove seemed to have it. I Drove a 2016 Tahoe and it most definitely had the buffeting. Test drove a 2015 Escalade and it had the issue. My buddy just bought an Escalade a few weeks ago and I drove with him for an hour or so and I did not feel or hear anything...
They should make fun of me...I ended up giving GM another chance following my first repurchased Denali. In all seriousness, I was one of the first to have these issues and get my money back and at the time people did think I was nuts complaining about ear pressure and headaches. Now, it seems...
Sorry for your troubles with the vehicle. The headaches and ear pressure were/are unbearable. Contact GMC customer service and request they open a claim/case number for your vehicle. They used to monitor this page and send you a PM with a case number already for you. I have not see them do...
Finally! Holy $%#!!! What a mess. This completely makes me feel validated to those who thought I was crazy regarding this issue. Thanks for the post, Pavement! Much appreciated.

Hey All,
I came across this regarding 2016 production updates. It's for all 2016's. It says, "16MY order entry is suspended until further notice" for the Tahoe. Just thought I would share. I have no idea what it means...I don't work for GM. I am just a knucklehead hoping the 2016s are...

Hey guys, found this ordering guide for 2016's today from Chevy:

If you have a Yukon and have had it for a while I would suspect you would have "felt" it or heard it by now. Drive from 38-43 mph with windows up and radio off. If you don't feel or hear anything at those speeds you are in great shape.
