Hey, just happens I was looking to update my headlights and looking at my old thread and saw you comment. Everything still works great it’s been like 4 years almost and the only thing is that the bulbs have faded and not quite at bright, which is normal for a HID bulb, I’m going back with the...

My fluid levels are in the norm, I did a fluid and filter change a week ago to see if it would help but it did not, I just reset the computer this past weekend and it seemed to help, I can no longer see the rpms jump or hear much abnormal rpm shifts from the engine so I'm hoping that helped it...
I'm pretty sure it's the torque converter because it's slipping a little bit going 55+ and it just started after I replaced the radiator, I know it's crazy.
I need some help! My tranny is going bad and I'm wanting to put a 4l65 tranny from a newer one in it, what all do I need to do. I've researched a little bit but I cannot find a definitive answer, I've heard all I need is a flex plate spacer to it'll bolt right up plug and play. I'm hoping you...
Personally, I wouldn't run hids in the stock low beams, even with the glare caps and smoked housings. I feel they wouldn't be too bad if you did though, IMO projectors are the only way to go. I will never own a vehicle that doesn't have them on there anymore lol. After putting them in I can't...
Yea, I had it on 250 for around 10 minutes. You just want to make sure that the glue gets hot enough to spread apart, also when reselling them I just put them back in the oven to reheat the glue and I went around the edges with black rtv silicon to be on the safe side. As far as the vent tubes...
I've heard the new mini D2S is pretty good, I don't think you're gonna have enough room behind the high beam for another projector and it's really not needed because you can get too much foreground light which hurts distance vision, look on hidplanet.com they have lots of info about quad retros...
Yea if I could go back I would've just retrofitted some mini h1s or an FX-r into the stock crystal clear headlights, I saw a picture of some done that way and they looked good!!! I thought that i would be too inexperienced to do it properly though, but now I want too haha. I would stick with...
Yea that sounds good, TRS also carries some generic Mini H1s they are the same thing only not tuned and they dont have the same warranty. They cost only 40 bucks although they are backordered, they will get some back in. So there is that option too. You would not need projectors for the highs...
here's the backside I couldn't get a good picture because I couldn't get the headlight adjuster off. These are the ones off ebay they may or may not be legit but the projector bowls that came on them are the right ones for the spyder kits.
I had to drill small holes into the headlight to let...
Ok first off, I reglued them by sticking them back in the oven for about 7 minutes at 250 then put the tabs back on I also put some black silicon around it for extra insurance I'll post a pic next time I get on my computer.
The projectors are a Morimoto Mini H1 from The Retrofit Source.com...
Well, i finally decided to get new headlights and i wanted projectors so i found some spyder projector headlights that i liked. When i got them in i was thrilled at the output of them compared to my old yellowed clear lens halogen reflector, the high beam on the spyder headlights weren't too...
