I got rid of my shake on the highway by replacing my struts. I spent three years trying to figure out why my 17 Yukon XL would shake at highway speeds. I kept thinking/being told it was a transmission or torque converter problem that I would just have to learn to live with. Finally, when I needed new tires, the tire shop told me my struts were in really bad shape. I replaced all 4 and now the car rides BEAUTIFULLY with absolutely no shake or vibration.

The 2003 is not likely to have struts, but will have torsion bars in the front.

out of balance tire maybe. does it roll smooth when off the gas coasting? or it there all the time.

could rotate the front tires to the back see if its smoother.
It doesn’t stop the shake till it gets back down to 60ish

I'm going to go with tires as my first guess. Try moving the one you thunk is causing the vibration to another spot and see if it follows.

id try rotating the tires, if the front end calms down get your tires re balanced. they would be able to tell if you got a bad tire or a bent wheel too.
