    The culprit could be the GMOS-04, so try hooking it up again and see if it works, if not that would be the first thing I would replace.

    Try twisting them, although it shouldn't really matter, also make sure that they are making good contact with the battery. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 2

    Take out the radio and harness and connect the black wire to negative battery terminal and connect both the yellow and red wires to the positive battery terminal, and see if the radio will power on. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 2
