I tried to get a picture but there was no way i could get the whole wheel and tire in the shot. The tire size was a 265/70/17. It does fit up there with room to spare though, I think i have heard guys here say that a 33 will fit under there.
When i went to 20 inch wheels i got a spare from an escalade in the junkyard that had 20`s from the factory, I can`t remember the exact size but it is very close to the same diameter as a 275/55/20 and fits perfectly in the spare tire location.
I have a similar problem but not exactly. I have property 150 miles from home and i always put the fans on in the back for my dogs but this time they did not come on. Half way through the trip the fans turned on and ran fine and even came right back on after i shut the truck off. A few days...
To save you some trouble when you get your powdercoated calipers check that the powdercoat isn`t on the brake line mounting surface because it will cause it to leak. I didn`t think it would make a difference but both of mine leaked so i just used a razor blade to scrape it off.
The stock pipe diameter inlet and outlet if i remember correctly is 2.75 inches but if you`re having a shop doing the swap they can make up an adapter to make it fit. I`m not sure about the offset on the inlet and outlet though.
I use lucas upper cylinder lubricant with injector cleaner and fuel conditioner.

About 10-12 years ago i had my 87 suburban repainted with one tiny rust hole and a few dings to be fixed and it cost me $4400 and from your sig i see you had an older burban so you know how simple those trucks are to disassemble compared to newer vehicles. If i had to guess i`d say at least...
X3 on digital dash solutions. They can change the overlay and install many different colored needles if you want as well. They rebuilt my cluster years ago and have had zero problems.
The fronts i painted with POR-15 caliper paint and they only had one shade of red. It got pretty good reviews so i went with it and it has held up well. The rears are raybestos powder coated calipers from rock auto. I had to replace the rear calipers and decided to do them red but my fronts were...
I had that flowmaster catback and it rusted to nothing in about two years. I live in southern new york but i almost never use my yukon in the snow or rain and if i do i clean the salt off before it goes back in the garage and it still rotted away. I would go the custom route because of that...
