I had similar noises and when I looked under the hood both exhaust manifold heat shields had rusted/broken off and had fallen down into the engine bay and we're clunking around. One had also fallen onto the positive cable to the starter, rubbed off some of the insulation and was shorting out the...
If someone figures out how to mod these seats to go lower and back further please post. This has to be one of my biggest annoyances with this truck. It's got so much damn room inside and GM didn't think that maybe a bit more adjustment would be needed for us who are a bit taller than the norm.
I had the exact same thing on my escalade. Sounds awful. Tried cleaning everything and lubricating the slides etc but nothing worked. I came across a service bulletin about it (sorry don't have it) and it pointed to the calliper pistons as the culprit. You don't need to replace them though. Take...

Your end links look loose because they are missing a couple of the bushings...but I doubt that is what is squeaking. It should clunk if...
For anyone who might be curious, they do fit. I didn't get any answers here but I took a gamble and ordered anyways because they look identical. Well, they are.
There is a module under the passenger seat that controls the seat heaters. It is attached to the seat (not the floor) and is closer to the center console side. It is common that one of the contacts on the connector to the module is not making good contact. If you unplug the connector, one of the...
