Dropping Weight
Smaller rims aren't an option as I love my 20's. (Even considering getting the TB SS 22" rims). After a REALLY bad blowout in the middle of nowhere, I don't think I could give up my spare, even if that is the most weight I could drop. I'm wondering if anyone knows any secret ways to drop some excess weight from a Tahoe. I already normally drive without the 3rd row. What's the best GLASS CLEANER?
+1 on microfiber towels. Just get some with a real fine pile (very small loops). I've never had an issue with streaks when using those with auto glass cleaners. -

Does exhaust help performance or just sound?
Since there are soooooo many threads on exhausts, it was taking too long to figure out if an exhaust (borla, corsa, magnaflow, etc) actually helps with performance, or it is more of a sound modification. A/C flipping out
So I was driving today and my A/C was working fine. I stopped to pick up my daughter at the sitter's. When I started the Hoe back up, the Auto Climate Control turned itself on and after I turned that off, I found I could not turn on the A/C. 265 70r16 vs 265 75r16 ride?
The second number (call the aspect ratio) is a % of the first number. So, on a 265 tire the sidewall height will be 185.5mm with the 70 and 198.75 on the 75. That's a difference of only 13.25mm, which is hardly noticable. The problem is, with your wheel size, you are going to be limited with... -

Water spots on windows
I'm failing to see what a buffer will do, since the purpose of a buffer (normally) is to reduce all the surrounding area (normally clearcoat or paint) so that it matches the scratch, etching, etc that you are trying to diminish. So, are these people who have recommended a buffer simply saying... -
