    Hey i would check out to see if its the actuator that you need first. See if you are able to divert the air from top to bottom at least you know part of your circuit is working. If you have that you know that one of your actuators are working.

    Having problems with my Rear HVAC

    The actuator that operates the hot and cold is not working and the actuator that controls the direction of the air is not working at all. No matter which way I put the controls the actuator stays the same. But the fan works with the control.

    If the dealer give you problems there is a guy on Flea..Bay that can do it. I used him its about 75 dollars but he did a good job for me and unlock the radio i bought.
