at this point i have to assume this package allows for it. it just defies logic that chevy would take the time and effort to take away a useful feature like this. im gonna keep trying to see if i can figure it out though. thanks for the info though. i initially overlooked your reply!

my tahoe does NOT have usb ports in the rear of the center console. thats why i asked u specifically what packages your tahoe has. i have the luxury and signature packages. you clearly have something else.
Thanks for replying. I have a couple of questions for you though. What packages do you have with your LT? Also when you say you plug the flash drive into the "rear" where specifically are you referring to? As far as I know I only have 5 USB ports and they are all in the front. please clarify...
