    My 2015 Tahoe did not have the Rear Seat Entertainment system. It was an LT, with only a couple options: 2nd Row Captain chairs, Navigation, and Tow package.

    I started the lemon law process last September. As I said, their Early Resolution department leaves MUCH to be desired. Also, if anyone has gone through the lemon law process in CA in the last 4 years with GM, my lawyer REALLY wants to talk to them lol

    Well, it's been 7 months and GM finally took the Tahoe back last Friday. If they found a fix to this issue, they didn't bother to tell us. Their "Early Resolution" department leaves MUCH to be desired and we had to file a lawsuit back in February to force the issue to their legal department...

    I am in discussion now with GM on a buyback option. It's taken a while due to the bank not responding to requests by GM for the payoff and the dealer losing the cancellation paperwork for the extended warranty. It should be resolved the week after Thanksgiving.

    Went by the dealer today, told me GM does not view this issue as a safety problem and does not affect the drive ability of the vehicle. Time to look into other options.

    Still waiting on a reply to the service manager of the dealer from GM. GM told the dealer they were trying to find a resolution through programming. I have very little faith in that solution, but they can give it a go. Coding can take months to figure out.

    Update #2, called GM and they have opened a case file for the tahoe. Service manager expects an email and will forward to the dealer rep for GM. Looks like I will be in a rental for an undetermined length of time.

    Yeah mine flash 4 out of 5 times you depress the brake pedal. Also 3 or if 4 times now when activating the left turn signal (but not the right signal). The GM technician says it's a programming issue... I call BS on that though.

    I did not, I attributed it to heat (it gets extremely hot where I am) or not enough technology horsepower. I noticed a huge amount of lag after starting the car when it tries to load the XM and Navigation at the same time.
