IIRC, European cars had to have glass headlights (maybe specifically Germany)... I ran across a thread about Chevy Impalas and it was discussed there. Not very helpful I know, but that might lead you in the right direction.
*UPDATE* I'm sure I got lucky, but my guy said we'd talk $ afterward. He ended up only wanting $200! He did break a $20 tool in the process so I paid him the agreed $200 plus $50 to replace the tool. I don't know how long it took, but he was ready for me to pick it up within one working day.
Agreed! This is why I came here to ask. I'm going to be paying him what the school pays (by his request). He wanted to know how much time the average shop spends on the project. Thanks everybody!

If you need bolts, and/or snap the welded nuts off the bottom here are nuts and bolts at Lowe's that are the same size. I believe they are grade 8, not 10. My biggest recommendation for the install would be to chase the threads with a tap before starting.
