Pull the oil pan and check the pan for material, if none is found, check the pickup tube to see if it's clogged or if the o-ring is worn. Dumb question, but are you relying on the gauge in the cluster or have you verified no pressure with an actual gauge?- about20ninj45

Damn! Did you yank the engine or work on that while still in the vehicle? Either way, good job, because I certainly would just walk away from it. Demon possessed heated seats!
I had this problem a couple years back. I replaced the driver side door switch/ controls and replaced the heating element. The only seat that kept coming on by itself was the drivers seat, so that helped me narrow it down. Passenger seat didn’t have any issue whatsoever. But between the two...- about20ninj45

DIY: Tahoe Rear Brakes
So I can confirm that some calipers are different, other than the single or dual piston. My caliper pins do not come out of the caliper, at all. AWD Shift Selector Problem
There's only two shift forks, one for high and one for low. If your engaged in one more and not the other, then yes, a shift forks could have failed, only way to know for certain is to drop that transfer case and crack it open. Also, you won't get a coffee for broken pads on a shift fork- about20ninj45
