New wheels and tires

Like title says I get a violent steering shake. The shake was always there and recently bought new wheels (oem 20s) and new tires, perfect mount and balance and I was certain it wasnt a tire or alignment issue. Well since the swap the shaking is getting worse. It happens at 50-55 MPH and only when the steering is in a straight path and line. If im making and sort of turn it does not do it. Once I get around 60 or so it stops and is fine and same with under 50-60 mph. Any suggestions appreciated it's driving me nuts. It's so bad the whole truck shakes and when I say the steering wheel shakes and jerks around it's pretty extreme where I don't even want to drive it. Thanks in advance.

Dots uou get them balanced on or off the vehicle? I had a similar issue on my jeep and it was because the rim offset wasnt correct for my vehicle. Usually warped studs or hub bearings cause that kinda issue, unless you steering stabilzer is going bad.

okay you said you recently bought new wheels and and the shaking was there before you bought new wheels
so that rules out the tires being out of balanced how did you rule out the alignment how were yer old tires worn?
if its not the alignment my next guess would be busted motor mount

It was aligned after the new setup. The tires were wearing perfectly fine.

The bearing may be an issue. I am starting to hear the front driver-side starting to hum and make some very light noticeable noise.

okay bearings make very loud noisy grinding screaching sounds and not a high speeds usually at low low speeds at least the ones ive had go out on me
regardless its pretty easy to rule those out just jack up yer front end and shake the wheel a little see if there is any play in it
how new are your shocks? hows vehicle riding excessivly bouncy like a 1980s cadillac or stiff

I do hear the bearing like that. Rides good with newer shocks front and rear.

it should get progressively worse the more you drive it and the slower you go
get both front wheels off the ground and jerk the wheel side to side and see if there is any play

I had the same problem when I installed the 20" wheels. I added the steering stabilizer and that fixed my issue . A $100 part and 15 minutes puting it in my self.
