Hi all. new to forum. I have a 01 Z/71 burb. for towing reasons in the past I added Moog HD coils in rear. due to rust I bought an LS Tahoe with blown motor to replace the burb. I will be swapping the burb motor in the Tahoe and parting out the Burb. been considering a lift on the Tahoe. does the Z/71 use a bigger/heavier spring? would I benefit from taking the HD Moog springs from the Z/71 Suburban and putting them in the Hoe? or will I still need the spacers for the rear? my plan would be to go roughly 2.5" up to accommodate 33's on a 10" wheel. sticking with 16 or 17" diameter wheels. will not be using off road. I have a different off road hobby. thanks.
