@pwtr02ss should be all over this comment like white on rice...If you move it back and forth enough . . .
All the houses in our southeast lakeside neighborhood have the inground traps. Our home came equipped when we bought it (new build). They are very unobtrusive, they work though sometimes get runover by the lawn guys.
I think they just push into the soil like stakes btw...ok thanks. I think thats what's making me not want to do it. The existing home is just a single wide and is gonna get scrapped at some point. And then the land developed, cleared, etc. I'd be worried about those devices having to be all redone again at some point.
Yeah that’s my understanding. But when they come to prep the property with all these dirt movers it would defeat the purpose of having them now. I thinkI think they just push into the soil like stakes btw...
Awesome! That is some great news for you all.Got the word today that the setback restriction is null and we can move the house pad closer to the lake. This was a win for us.
We will have to do crawlspace foundation. But it will be minimal.

Complete with lights, HVAC and a big screen?Suggest to make the crawl space a little deep so service people (or the owners...) don't need to actually "crawl" down there.
I'll let the architect know of your request.Suggest to make the crawl space a little deep so service people (or the owners...) don't need to actually "crawl" down there.

Some lighting, at least! Lots of things (ethernet, cable, electrical, HVAC venting, sump pump) get routed through/in the crawl space and access is a necessary thing.
But no big screen to distract service people from their work...
