The builder we have been consulting with has had setbacks changed in the past. But it was through Crescent. With them being dissolved, it might be the county who can override it, or we might have to have a title company get involved and redo the survey with the new setbacks and have it approved. Either way, its probably worth it, just gonna take time.

Hoping to hear something back today or by the end of the week on what the process will be.

I'm sure you'll be able to get it adjusted. Going through the proper channels and the BS fees, hassle, etc, make it frustrating.

Residential is night and day different than what I'm used to. Residential people are easy to get along with (so far) and are much more willing to work with you, but have an ass backwards way of doing things. Nothing seems to flow like it should.

Commercial is much more direct, but less forgiving.

what is your barber stuck in 2010?

A decent barber in or around phila is $50+. My old barber moved his shop to a “gentrified” area, is $100 a haircut + tip and I can guarantee his book is full because of “barber loyalty”

My wife cuts my hair now. F that lol

My gal charges $20. I give her $30. When my dad was still around, we always got a haircut together. That was our thing. He'd never let me pay, but always gave her $60 for the pair.

The guy I bought my 454 from a few years ago had a shop in Utah that did $100 cuts. I thought it was absurd but like you said, his calendar was full. I'd send my wife to barber school before I paid $100+ a cut.

We skipped schooling. 4 years later, I haven’t been told that my hair looks stupid, so I think we’re doing good lol

Put the clippers on 1-short and the wife has my hair trimmed in 10-15 minutes. It's usually my face that makes my hair look stupid, not the other way around

kinda wish I was up in NC right now. The leaves on our property are changing, the weather is cold, and you could see the northern lights off the lake last night. Argh!! Thats on my bucket list.

Still in limbo over the setback situation. Until that is resolved, we are in a holding pattern with the architect.
