Are these compatible with the Yukon?

I’m looking at buying a set of the 20” PPV steely Dan’s for when I add the Wilwoods to my hoe.

It's weird, they said they were from a Silverado. But if you do a Google image search, Chevy Colorado rims match up with theses. They are brand new and $50 for the set so would be nice for a set of winter tires.
