I just got my motor back from being bored, new cam, head work etc, now I am in the market for a set of headers. Which ones are worth the money and are give me some bang for the buck so to speak?

Well I believe long tube may legal there and they would be ideal for high speed power. Shorties would be good for pulling and towing. What driving method you have in mind?

Dyno tests have proven that long tube headers provide better low end tq over the shorties. Shorties are just glorified OEM's. Long tubes will give you the best overall performance. If you remember there was a time when there was no such thing as shortie headers. They came to be mainly because of fitment and keeping the cats close.
