Wheel bearing Hub Denali

I went to pepboys to get the wheel bearing hub for 149.00 and noticed there was no hole in the middle of the wheel hub. I am a little confused. How does the wheel turn then. I just looked at the part in the plastic didnt take it out so. Also is the front differential fluid the same as the rear?

the bearing turns with the splines off the cv axle which you put a nut on which holds it all together
