Stabilizer bar links. Time for new ones and inspection or replacement of the stabilizer bar bushings where it mounts to the frame.

Yup, stabilizer end links. Best to buy some new ones. That design has a problem holding moisture under that plastic sleeve and causing the bolt/rod that runs through it to rust and disintegrate, then eventually just falling off the vehicle.

Torque Spec is like 15-17 ft lb on the nut. You don't want to squish the bushing flat, but you also don't want it too loose to cause slop.
