$30. Not really worth it to me. Maybe if someone wants it, just pay for shipping. I hate throwing away something someone could use.

Ha... yeah scratch that. Saw the reply about it in your other thread. Didn't realize they were so cheap now. MTX used to be a more expensive sub.

FIFY. I've got an MTX blue thunder 10" from about 20 years ago that still pounds. Had to re-glue to the surround to the frame a couple years back, but there aren't too many subs that old that haven't had to be repaired in some form or fashion that I'm aware of.
Oh yeah I forgot about those old ones. Somewhere along the line they went to shit and I have no idea to tell when that happened so I just won't buy one.

Soldered new wires to the knock sensor body harness. I replaced the sensor harness about 4k miles ago, and then the body harness got brittle and was connected by 1 strand. The Tahoe is getting old...

Time to detail and put her up for sale...
I was ready to smash the like button and then that last line...:(

Haha, well my commute is going from 25 miles to 100 miles a day. I'd like to get my Cobalt SS running so I can enjoy the MPGs. I don't think I need a SUV anytime soon, and I eventually want a diesel Colorado.

Ok. I'm still going back and forth with it.
rubber cement and duct tape, its not pretty but it works...and for the folks that want to harp about Sound Quality, its not a $8000 UL12 or McIntosh or Hertz sub, just slap some rubber cement, a layer of duct tape, then some more rubber cement, and one more layer of duct tape to that surround, add some 1/2" spacers, and hide that hideous surround behind the panel and call it a day
