Wife complained that her windshield washer was not working. During my inspection I could hear the pump running but nothing was making it to the windshield. Instead I noticed that there was a puddle behind the drivers side front tire. I assume that a hose has broken or come lose. I’ve tried looking for a video on how to track this issue down or even some written instructions. Can’t find anything. Anyone ever experience same washer fluid issue who might lend some guidance? Thanks

There is a coupling for that washer fluid hose on the driver's side over the wheel well in the engine bay, and they can become separated (it did on my 07). Just find that black plastic line and check the coupling. It is a push-on coupling, so just push it back onto the separated plastic line.
