Our 24 AT4 has front dr & ps ventilated seats. Compared to vehicles we own or used to own the amount of air coming through the seats seems very low. In previous vehicles I could feel air going through jeans and the britches under them. With the Yukon it's barely felt but you can certainly hear the fan (it's pretty loud). Does anyone else's seats have similar performance?

I have a 2024 Tahoe Premier 4WD with the front heated and cooled seats. Purchased new, the vehicle now has 3,1xx miles.

Although not a GMC, I’d bet the cooled seat feature is the same as your vehicle?

The cooled seat feature on both front seats works very well. I’m in the Midwest and have used the vehicle a/c and cooled seats for more than a month.

I previously had a 2015 Ford Expedition Limited 4WD, purchased new, with the heated and cooled front seats. The Tahoe cooled seat feature works much better than the Expedition ever did.

I would assume the GM would use the same fan and design on both brands. I'll have the my dealer look at it next time it's in for an oil change.

I have 2024 Tahoe and ventilated seats work great and I can’t say the fan is noisy even when full 3 light display. This is first vehicle I have ventilated seats and it is definitely worth it here in Florida. Most short trips it takes long to cool the cabin and the ventilation keeps your back and rear end from getting damp in 80+ temperature.

Maybe the fact the fan is noisy is the problem. In my Tahoe at full ventilation you can feel material from shorts moving and I don’t think I ever heard the fan. I usually have some audio on but I rarely have any more volume than normal conversation level.

Previous vehicles we've owned had much greater airflow through the seats with a lot less noise.

I think there is an issue...Our 2022 Yukon will cool the seats within a block of driving and our 2024 Terrain Denali never cools the seats and the driver side fan is so loud but not the passenger side fan. Going to be taking the Terrain to dealer soon to see what is going on. I think the fan is disconnected somehow under/inside the seat.

In my 2022 High Country I have found that if my AC is on full blast then I can feel the ventilation ok but when I turn down my AC manually I can feel more air coming out of the seats. I use it everyday here in Texas and can really feel it in a tshirt and shorts. Would like it to be way more air but appreciate that I have something better than nothing.
