I have to drop my transfer case and replace the seal between the tranny output shaft and the input to the transfer case. Does anyone know or have a step by step DIY for this? I have a 97 2 dr Tahoe 4x4. Also if anyone has anything pictures that would be awesome also.

Thanks in advance,

Brandon

Thank you sir, but I'm actually looking for the seal from the rear of the tranny to the transfer case...not the adapter seal.

That is what you got to do to get to it.

The instructions above are to remove the t-case to get to the seal.

The picture below illustrates the t-case input seal on the t-case is that the one you want is is it and the tail of tranny?
