Transmission output shaft seal/bearing

Have a 2003 Chevy Tahoe LT 5.3 2 wheel drive. Having trouble finding the correct transmission output shaft seal/bearing. I’ve searched online but keep coming across ones that are different looking and want to be sure I get the correct one preferably OEM. If someone could point me in the right direction that would be great.

I am a bit confused by the last link. It looks totally different. Still am not quite understanding what I need specifically.

There are two styles - one for RWD and the other for 4x4. Don't put a 4x4 on a RWD or it might sound like this:

Ok so which one do you I need because the ones I am finding are not saying they are specific to 4X4 or RWD.

Post the last 8 digits of your VIN and hopefully @915_Tahoe can help out or maybe @NickTransmissions can help out too.

IIRC, you will need special tools to remove bushing and another one to install it.

The first two links are confusing because they are different. I need both of those for OEM? I’ve only seen videos of it being one part.

Yes, they're different - you are looking to replace the extension housing's bushing and seal, correct?

If so, the first link is for purchasing a new OEM extension housing bushing. The 2nd link is for purchasing the OEM style shrouded extension housing seal. The third link contains a combo pack that comes with both the bushing and the seal.

Hope that clears up any confusion for you.
