Ok thank you very much for all that. I just got my truck back and had new fuel pump and filter . It runs now. Just put a scanner on it because the engine light is on and it shuts I need a mass flow sensor.

What code are you getting that says you need to replace your MAF?

0102 , and 1345
I’m assuming these have a P in front of them.

The P0102 appears to point to a MAF sensor issue but that could a dirty sensor as well. I’d try and clean the sensor first and see if that helps.

P1345 appears to be related to your cam shaft position-crank shaft position correlation. I’d be more interested in that than the MAF sensor.

p1345 distributor gear is worn, distributor is out of adjustment
most likely one of those unlikely the cause if your original concern unless you actually feel the engine is running poorly. regardless it should be fixed aswell sooner than later. i also second cleaning the maf if you have a code for it proper can of maf cleaner follow the cans instructions.

Yeah I took it on the freeway to see how she is running and it was horrible. Over 50 and it wanted to for when I let off the gas

P1345 = CMP angle or cam crank position correlation. Dist should be adjusted to "0" + minus 1 degree. Makes it run crazy. Search for that code, alot of helpful advice. Fix that first. Do you have a scanner? some bluetooth 20$ scanners will read it.

It's in the shop now hopefully getting fixed. I told him about the code. We will see. It's the third time she's been back there.
