Torsion keys + body lift?

Im very new and not too smart with this im looking for max lift with little money, i already have torsion keys and shock brackets in front and 1" spacer in rear, but am wanting to put a little bigger tire, i have 265/75/16's right now, im wanting maybe 286/75 or 305/75, can anyone tell me if i can combine torsion key lift and a 3" body lift? also whats this i keep hearing of ford keys? do they lift the chevy more than chevy keys? any comments will help, thanks for your time

The ford keys do lift more then the stock keys. They are the same as the aftermarket keys just alot cheaper. You can combine both keys and a body lift. A member here has fit 37s with stock rims. I would get 35s though.
