Installing an Audiocontrol LC6i in my 2010 Tahoe. Best place I can come up with is flat on the bottom of the inside of the console. Really not happy with that because all of my junk will sit on top of it and possible concern with heat from the unit not to mention exposed wiring. I thought I could fit it under the console but the metal bracket that sits on top of the factory Bose amp is in the way. Then I thought about bolting it sideways in the inside of the console but that has its own problems. I could put it under the rear seat with the amp but then I have to run speaker wire from the stock Bose amp (still using) back.

So there's the three options I come up with and I'm not happy with any of them. Any suggestions??? Please ?????

Take off the back console. You do this by opening the lid and looking at the two tabs on each corner and pushing back. Remove cup holder first. There is a great spot to mount there and be able to adjust easy by just popping out the rear ac control shroud if adjustments are need to be made. I have my video booster there and it suits me well.

Decided to mount it under the seat next to the amp. Less work, less complicated and easier to get at should the need arise. The unit does a great job. Audio frequency range is much better.
