Thanks man. Heres some more

Drop is done, not happy with the front though. Needs more in the front to keep it level. or i guess i could raise the rear a hair with the shackles. made some brake lines for the SSBC kit which is giving me another problem.. sway bars in, shock extenders are in, summit pan and fluid in, driveshaft in, fluid needs to be bled but thats about it..

Need some wood blocks under the wheels so the truck will get off the lift. haha

front is wayyy to high.. about a good 1.5" higher then the rear. i have 2inch drop spindles and 3inch coil springs :hmm:

Next SSBC problem (help needed or advice)
the rim USED to sit on the ledge of the axle inside there. Now its like right on the edge of falling off. Basically the only thing thats holding it to the axle shaft is the lugs and lug studs. If you catch my drift.

sitting on the lift a little bit haha

custom lines into the russell stainless line.

if i find the right pair local i might jump, for now, the limited rims and tires will have to do. :) finding a 5x5 bolt pattern is harder then you think

I hear that. 5x5 bolt patterns are almost extinct these days and you have to really look for them especially if you're wanting a bigger wheel. My '77 is 5x5 (as have been several previous trucks) and most wheel manufacturers are building for 6 lug trucks/suvs because that's what most are these days.

so i ended up getting the front down a little more and raising the rear a little higher. It evens out pretty good but need to have the springs settle in the front first as well.
Got all the brakes bled tonight and have yet another problem help me out..

A few years ago when i was blowing doughnuts in the snow i noticed i can lock up the front tires with the brakes (no gas) and the rearned would still push me through the snow..
Thought it was the crappy drums so i redid everything in side them. Still didnt help.

Put on the SSBC drum to disc brake, had the truck on the lift and put it in drive. The fronts lock up fine and dandy, the rears on the other hand still arnt at its full potential.
Proportioning valve sound like it could cause this??

Other then that i need to grab another set of rear shocks (too big) and figure out this valve thing and ill be on the road...

questions comments concerns????

ahha at clean. i cant where its parked at in the shop/ i need to move up a good 50feet to hit a drain lol

Sun- they dont include those, only bigger master cylinders.. SSBC makes that adjustable one that im debating to going to. Bypassing all the ABS ******** and going old school.. They brake way harder with it off anyways

Thanks for the compliment.

This prop valve has 2 inlets and 3 outlets.. 3 outlets being 2 for the front and 1 for the rear.
Not sure how you can hook up the brake switch or what exactly needs to be done.
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SSB-A0730PL/

or maybe something like this would work..
http://paceperformance.com/i-6088941-brake-proportioning-valve-russell-654000.html

heres more pictures.. Truck is finally driving down the road. Had to take out the rear sway bar due to it was hitting the diff cover main cap bolts.... i need new rear shocks, the smallest one i had was way too big.
when going down the road, i can cut the wheel to the left then right and the front tires squeal? also when cutting it around to park it in a spot, the front tires almost lock up and bind-ish against the ground. any ideas??
Didnt get a chance to wash it, but just hosed off the dust

letting the front coils settle down some more and shell sit dead nuts even on all four corners.. id like it lower, but too much for me to handle already. 28 1/2"s on the rear, 29ish on the fronts..

Well when i first bought the truck, every window was smashed out of it. i had the option not to put the wiper back in and should of gone the other way. I replaced the glass way before i found these forums and that people like to take everything off their trucks on here. lol

Id change it if i can just find a cheap one local. i think i paid over 200 and sum bucks for that damn thing too

A few years ago my buddy was looking for one w/o the wiper, he started calling around and this lucky bastard found a glass shop who traded him a new one for his used rear glass. Seems the glass shop ordered one and it came in w/o the hole and he couldnt get rid of it. It was a win, win situation. Shit like that never happens to me!

 Most of the time it doesn't bother me at all but the rear of your Hoe is so clean it detracts from the cleanliness a little bit :) Nevertheless that is one awesome OBS Hoe!! :)

That would be a good short term solution :waytogo:

I know what you mean. I only have wipers on my '77 in order for it to pass inspection. I never sees rain either
