Does anybody know if the steering wheel is not connected at the gearbox down at the very bottom am I able to turn the car on unlock the steering wheel then turn the steering wheel just a hair to make the bottom part lineup where the 11 mm bolt goes on the pinch mount

Yes, you do not want large movement. Small amount is fine. Remember, if you do it again, scribe marks to line back up when reassemble.

Thank you was able to get it reattached with this method wasn't able to get the black metal ribbed piece out so I had to take the whole driveshaft out from behind the firewall
