Squeaky Z71 bumper

occasionally ill notice the z71 bumpers (fake skid plate namely) will squeak going over bumps etc. anyone else notice this?

Is there a good permanent type fix for this? I'm lazy and usually just hit it with a little pb blaster which takes care of it until the next rain or wash or whatever

I love how the bumper looks but I hate how it was designed... extremely cheap POS....

Mine does not squeak. Is there a way to add some foam then retighten the fake skid plate? Keep in mind that I have never taken that part off.
