If you look at that EBay listing it shows that part fits Tahoe/Suburban/Yukon all the way back to the GMT800 years. It certainly looks like the one I bought.

Update: here’s some pics from underneath. Again, LT265/75/16... I have the new version of the spare tire hoist without the safety latch, however I don’t trust it with a heavier wheel-tir combo so I threaded a strap through it just for peace of mind...

Not a bad idea. In an emergency you could even cut the straps.
