Setina PB-100 on a Duramax Tahoe

Anyone have experience putting a Setina push bumper on a diesel Tahoe? I contacted Setina and the rep could not tell me whether it would fit on a diesel and could not describe exactly what I would have to cut under or around the grille. I want to protect my front end from damage by careless and aggressive drivers. I was going to get the less visible PB-100
